Belly dance Datura Style™
Datura Style™ is a contemporary fusion dance style developed by Rachel Brice, born from years of study across multiple dance traditions in the search for a personal and expressive movement language. The style emphasizes strong technique, detailed adornment, and serpentine movement as tools for exploration and expression. Influenced by pioneers such as Jamila and Suhaila Salimpour, Masha Archer, Carolena Nericcio, Jill Parker, and others, Datura Style™ blends precision, fluidity, posture, and layered movement. It includes both a technical method and a shared vocabulary that can be used for group improvisation, offering dancers a rich and refined approach to fusion belly dance.

Lore Rojas is a certified Datura Style™ Teacher, trained directly by Rachel Brice after completing all modules of The 8th Elements program. She is a graduate of the 2016 class and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study and participation in Datura Con and Drill Series programs.
